MANILA, PHILIPPINES—On November 11fox.game, 2024, the National Privacy Commission (NPC) received an email claiming no data leakage or personal data breach occurred in the GCash incident.
The e-wallet stated that customer credentials or data were not compromised in the incident.
Still, the NPC will conduct an independent investigation in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA).
