Following Nicaragua’s historic victory last year with Sheynnis Palacios, this year’s competition has brought another landmark moment, as the prestigious title was awarded to a country celebrating its first-ever Miss Universe win.
At the 73rd edition of the pageant, held in Mexico City on Nov. 17 (PHT), Victoria Kjær Theilvig of Denmark rose above a record-breaking field of 125 candidates—the largest delegation in Miss Universe history. But who is this woman now wearing the coveted crown?

Victoria, a 21-year-old entrepreneur and professional dancer, has proven that success is built on perseverance. Her journey to Miss Universe 2024 was far from an overnight feat.
In 2022, she initially competed in Miss Grand International and secured a spot in the Top 20.
