MANILA, Philippines — Angat Bayanihan Network has been reactivated for relief operations intended for areas outside Naga City that were also badly hit by Severe Tropical Storm Kristine (international name: Trami), former Vice President Leni Robredo said on Friday.
“Please direct all help for these areas by donating to our partner, Tanging Yaman Foundation,” Robredo said in her Facebook post.
Article continues after this advertisementUnder her Facebook posts, many netizens commented the exact locations of families and individuals trapped inside their houses because of the floods caused by the storm. They also called on Robredo to extend help to residents outside Naga City.

Tanging Yaman Foundation has also extended help to the non-government organization Angat Buhay foundation for the affected residents of Naga City.

The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said in its 5 a.m. bulletin that Kristine was last located some 125 kilometers west-northwest of Bacnotan, La Union with maximum wind speed of 95 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 115 kph.
